Montessori Children’s House is one of the first Montessori kindergartens in Singapore, with a history of over 20 years.

At the Children’s House, each child develops at his or her own pace, in the prepared Montessori environment with the specially designed Montessori materials. Activities cover all aspects of child development: physical, intellectual, social and emotional. Children learn to respect their peers, teachers and the physical environment as they choose to work with the materials independently.

Except for Chinese classes, the school maintains a mixed age group, where older children gain confidence and reinforce their knowledge through helping those younger than themselves and the younger children learn through watching the older ones.

The children are guided by specially trained AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) directresses who possess a wealth of experience and provide a nurturing, caring and secure authentic Montessori environment.
